Getting in touch with your manager or colleagues is now easier than ever. Our newest feature, Messaging allows you to have quick conversations with your colleagues without leaving Rotaready!

Whether you need to check if someone wants to swap shifts with you, or you need a way to drop a memo to your team about an upcoming event, Messaging makes it both easy and efficient to contact your colleagues from wherever you are.

Here’s a quick overview of exactly what’s new:

Real-time messaging

When you start a conversation with someone, they’ll receive a notification as soon as you hit send. You can also see when they’re typing their reply.

Group conversations

Need to message more than one member of your team? No problem. Group conversations allow you to add as many people as you wish to a single chat.

Use anytime, anywhere

We know that people use Rotaready in different ways. That’s why Messaging works across all mediums, from the Rotaready mobile apps to our desktop experience on the web.

Messaging between sites 

Working a shift at another location? Need to contact someone in that team? We’ve made it easy to drop a message to anyone across your organisation.
