As 2023 concludes, we take a look back at what we’ve achieved this year. A big thank you to our team, partners and customers for helping to make it such a positive one 💙 On that note, here’s a look back at some key moments from 2023.
1. We enhanced Rotaready’s employee self-service functionality, enabling them to view and acknowledge documents, and add and update personal information within the mobile app.
2. We had the pleasure of sponsoring the ‘Future Rockstar’ award at the Otolo People Recognition Awards. A list of all the winners can be found here.
3. The number of downloads of our mobile app surpassed 50,000. 🎉
4. We released Notable Events. You can read all about the feature here.
5. Together with leading hospitality organisations KAM, Hospitality Jobs UK, Appetite4Recruitment, HRC, HIT Training, Independent Hotel Show London, Appetite4Work and Otolo, we launched The UK’s Largest Hospitality Salary Survey. You can see the results here.
6. We turned 8! 🎁
7. We hit 600 live integrations.
8. Customer Success Manager Amelia, CTO Luke and Product Designer Shaun, celebrated 5 years at Rotaready. 🎂 Each one celebrated in style, of course.
9. Our reporting options got even better, with the introduction of lateness reports and full audit history of employee details, addresses, and attendance. 📈
10. We did a case study with Superbowl UK, who have been able to better deploy over 45 hours a week and achieve an ROI of 556%, as a direct result of using Rotaready. You can read more here.
11. ResDiary and Guestline joined us at the Access Group, enabling us to work even closer with them than we already were.
12. Sales guru Steve took to the stage to give Tech on Toast founder, Chris and a live audience a whistle-stop tour of Rotaready. Missed it? Catch up here.
13. Not one, not two, but six of the Rotaready team got engaged 💍
14. We launched Rotaready’s Asset Registry, so our customers can easily keep track of company assets. Read more about it here.
15. We exhibited at the Hospitality Tech Expo with the Access Hospitality team.
