Head of Marketing

Next up in our ’60 seconds with…’ series is our CTO, Luke. Here’s what he most likes about his role, what he did before Rotaready and where he sees himself in 20 years time.

What did you do before working at Rotaready?

I led the front end team at a luxury vacation rental company called onefinestay

What do you like most about your job?

It’s got to be the people and the scope for technical challenges.

Where do you see yourself in 20 years time?

I love learning new skills so as long as I’m still doing that, I’ll be happy.

If you weren’t CTO at Rotaready what would you be doing instead?

That’s a tough one. I’d have to go with part time woodworker, part time food critic. Unless you have any suggestions as to how I can combine the two?

What’s your dream holiday destination?

I’ve always wanted to go to Hawaii

What’s your favourite meal?

I like so many cuisines that my only criteria is that there has to be good company

What are you most likely to be found doing at the weekend?

Cooking something new

What’s your best joke?

“Surely you can’t be serious,” – “I am serious — and don’t call me Shirley.”
