Fired Up Hospitality

Fired Up Hospitality is a boutique hospitality group based in the south of England. Since the opening of its first restaurant Zim Braai in 2018, the restaurant group has grown significantly and now consists of five restaurants and one pub.

As the business expanded it became more and more difficult to track and manage costs across the sites. And a manual approach to staff scheduling and payroll was taking up hours of time, unnecessarily.

Using spreadsheets for our staff rotas and attendance monitoring gave us very little visibility and control over our labour forecasts and costs. And it was taking me 3 days to pull together everything I needed for payroll.

Time for change

So, in September 2021, the team at Fired Up Hospitality set about their search for a solution that could help improve their operational efficiency and give them greater visibility and control over costs.

After reviewing a number of solutions, the team decided that Rotaready was the perfect fit for the restaurant group.
